1. Tokyo Disneyland

Tokyo Disneyland is almost twice as big as Hong Kong Disneyland, and Tokyo DisneySea is still 50% bigger than Tokyo Disneyland. No matter what day Disneyland opens, there will always be a lot of people there and lines everywhere. If you don’t get a FastPass, wait times for popular rides can be anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours.
You can buy a Starlight ticket for ¥5,400 if you don’t want to play and just want to take pictures. This ticket can only be used on Saturday and Sunday, and it can start at 3 p.m. Even cheaper is the After-6 ticket, which costs ¥4,200 and can only be used after 6 p.m. (weekdays only).
2. Ueno Zoo

3. Odaiba Toyota Mega Web
If the father likes cars, it could be a way to get to Tokyo Mega Web in Odaiba with his kids (Tokyo Bay). In fact, this is a showroom for all Toyota cars sold in Japan. There are concept cars and early versions of electric cars on display.
A driving school is a place where kids can learn to drive. For 500, your child will sit in a small electric car and learn how to stop, accelerate, and follow traffic signs. At the end of the session, they will get a driving licence, or SIM, with a photo of their child.
4. Doraemon Museum
Fujiko F. Fujio drew hundreds of Doraemon, P-Man, and their different versions over the course of his life, so a museum was built just to show off his work. We can see a copy of the master’s desk, his drawing paper, and the figures he made that have stood the test of time.
This museum isn’t in Tokyo. Instead, it’s in Kawasaki, which is about 30 minutes by train from Tokyo. Tickets can be bought at any Lawson convenience store in Japan. There is no ticket counter on site.
5. Legoland Discovery Center
This place is inside and looks like a small Legoland. If you plan to go to Odaiba/Tokyo Bay (see point 3), you can visit the Legoland Discovery Center at the same time. The place is inside the Tokyo Decks Mall, and you should plan to spend 3–4 hours there with your kids. At 2,250 per person, tickets must be bought the day before at a discount.
